Every claim in your CV, traced to something you actually did.
Job Curator writes a tailored CV and cover letter for each job you choose, from your own record of what you did and what it achieved. You read both, and you submit them yourself.
How it works
- 1Build your evidence bank
Your employers, titles, and dates go in a career registry. Your results go in as short stories: the situation you found, what you did, and what happened. This is the only source the tool writes from.
- 2Paste the jobs you find
Paste a posting's link and description. Job Curator saves a snapshot, scores the fit against your evidence, and shows you why. Approve it, park it, or reject it.
- 3Read what it drafts
For each approved job it writes a cover letter and a tailored CV, files them in your Google Drive, and keeps a note of which story each line came from. A second copy of the CV is laid out for job-board upload forms.
- 4Submit it yourself, then track it
The tool never submits anything. You send the application, mark it applied, and the sheet tracks follow-ups and outcomes.
What makes it different
- Factual by construction. If a claim has no record behind it, it does not appear. No invented achievements, no rounded-up numbers.
- Written at the right level. A senior candidate applying for a hands-on role gets a CV pitched at that role, with the overqualification question answered plainly.
- Your data stays in your Google account. The spreadsheet, the documents, and your service keys live in your own Drive and your own account. Nothing is sent to us.
- Board-safe uploads. The upload copy of each CV is plain, one fact per line, so job-board parsers read it correctly.
What it needs from your Google account
Job Curator runs inside one spreadsheet. It reads and writes that spreadsheet, creates the documents and folders it files for you in your Drive, and reads only the documents you register with it. It contacts the job-search and research services you choose, with keys you supply. Details are in the privacy policy.
Availability. Job Curator is in private use ahead of a Google Workspace Marketplace listing. To ask for access, write to pnicol66@gmail.com.
